A day in the life of an Anaesthetist in Melbourne: Dr Gloria Seah

I stand behind the fidelity of what we do as Specialist Pain Medicine Physicians. As a Specialist Anaesthetist, rest assured that our care of the patient does not begin at the start of surgical incision, nor does it end when the drapes are taken down.

The new year brings exciting developments here at Melbourne Pain & Anaesthesia. We formally welcome our admin member, Brandon, whom you’ll hear answering the phone.

Melbourne Pain & Anaesthesia has now expanded our pain procedure lists to St Vincent’s Fitzroy, around the corner from our rooms in Richmond. Speak with Dr Seah about our new additional location to carry out your pain interventions for your added convenience and flexibility.

Our practice will be closed over the holiday period in order to rest and recharge. Our last day of operation will be 22nd of December 2023, and we will return on the 8th of January 2024 at 9am.

We continue to serve the community of Berwick and its surrounding areas in our new sessional consulting rooms at Casey Surgical Group, where Dr Seah consults Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons.

We collaborate with our surgeons at Spine Surgery Victoria by establishing a pain management service for spine and scoliosis care. Some patients may not be surgical candidates and suffer from debilitating back pain.
